Overview
The Stadtschützenfest Olpe 2025 took place, as always, around the third Sunday in July. The St. Sebastianus Schützenverein Olpe, with its nine corporations, paraded through the city center, led by the reigning shooting king. Highlights included the Grand Parade on Saturday, the King's Ball in the Stadthalle, and the bird shooting on Monday with the subsequent proclamation of the new king for the 2025/2026 shooting year.
The annual Schützenfest tradition was once again accompanied by thousands of Olpe residents in 2025. The parade through Olpe's city center with all nine corporations is one of the most emotional city events of the year. On Monday, after the traditional bird shooting, a new shooting king was proclaimed, who will represent the club until the next edition in 2026.
