The Stadt.Land.Markt Viersen 2025 transformed the city center into a Lower Rhine market on a spring Sunday. Direct marketers, manufacturers, and artisans from the surrounding area presented their products; Viersen's retailers opened their stores in parallel for Sunday shopping. The asparagus and strawberry season made the market a culinary spring event for the Lower Rhine region.

Viersen hosted its annual Stadt.Land.Markt in 2025, continuing the tradition. Market stalls in the pedestrian zone and central squares, combined with Sunday shopping at downtown stores. Asparagus, strawberries, regional cheese, manufactured goods, and handicrafts characterized the offerings. A well-established tradition that secures Viersen a spring date in the Lower Rhine event landscape.
