The St. Hermann Kirwa 2025 took place, as every year, on the traditional dates of August 10th (St. Lawrence's Day) and August 24th (St. Bartholomew's Day). The St. Hermann pilgrimage site near Bischofsmais once again attracted numerous pilgrims and visitors from the Bavarian Forest.

Hirmonkirwa 2025

On the two church consecration days, August 10th and 24th, 2025, the centuries-old tradition of the St. Hermann Kirwa was continued. Services starting early in the morning, foot pilgrims from the Windberg region, market activities around the pilgrimage church, and Bavarian Forest delicacies characterized both festival days.

The St. Hermann Ride on the first Sunday in September 2025 traditionally concluded the pilgrimage season.
