Overview

The St. Anna Festival 2025 took place on the last weekend of July in Mähring. The festival program included the cross-border pilgrimage to Planá, a members' meeting of the Heimatkreis Plan-Weseritz with board elections, a festival tent with brass music, a procession, a festive service, and the traditional bonfire on the Pfaffenbühl.

The St. Anna Festival Mähring 2025 was marked by the honoring of long-standing members: Bishop Tomáš Holub from Pilsen was the main celebrant, accompanied by military chaplain Siegfried Weber. Christine Ludwig was honored as an honorary member for 50 years of membership, Franz Stahl was honored as an honorary member, and several members received awards for 30, 40, and 50 years of association membership. The good weather contributed to a successful festival weekend – with a pilgrimage to Planá, a festive service, a festival tent with brass music, and the concluding bonfire on the Pfaffenbühl. The board election unanimously confirmed the current team.
