Overview
The Spartan Race Kulmbach also took place in 2025 in the Upper Franconian city, attracting numerous obstacle course racing enthusiasts. The start and finish were at EKU-Platz, and the course connected the city center with the surrounding terrain.
Kulmbach was already the venue for a Spartan Race in 2025. The start and finish were located at EKU-Platz on Klostergasse, and the course led from the cobblestones of the city center out into the forest and terrain around the town. The positive feedback paved the way for Germany's first Spartan Trifecta Weekend in 2026, where Sprint, Super, and Beast can be completed in one weekend.
