Overview
The 12th edition of the Sparkassen-Phoenix-Half Marathon 2025 brought thousands of runners to Phoenix Lake. The DLV-certified half marathon on German Unity Day continued the tradition as an important running event in Dortmund's south.
The 2025 edition followed the proven format with a 21.1 km half marathon and a relay race. The course over Phoenix-West, Westfalenpark, and Rombergpark is among the fastest half marathon courses in Germany.
