The 18th edition of the International Sparda-Bank Blues & Jazz Festival Bamberg took place from August 1 to 10, 2025: ten days of the best Blues and Jazz music with free admission on the Böhmerwiese and in the city center of the World Heritage city.
The 18th edition of the Sparda Festival, from August 1 to 10, 2025, offered ten days of the best Blues and Jazz music with free admission. Over 60 bands performed on the Böhmerwiese and at numerous venues in Bamberg's city center, once again attracting around 150,000 visitors. As Europe's largest free open-air festival for Blues and Jazz, the event solidified its reputation as a musical highlight of Franconia, complemented by additional concerts and Breakfast Blues events.
