Overview
The 8th edition of Sommerkino Dessau ran from July 3 to August 2, 2025. Over five weekends, every Thursday to Saturday, open-air cinema was shown on the festival meadow in front of the mausoleum in Dessau Zoo. Admission from 7:30 p.m., film start at dusk.
The 2025 Sommerkino continued the proven concept: five weekends, three film days per week, a mix of current films and classics. The festival meadow in front of the classical mausoleum offered its usual extraordinary backdrop.
