Sommerblut 2025 was the 24th edition of the Cologne inclusion festival and preparation for the 2026 anniversary. Twelve days of theatre, dance, music, and performances at various venues in the city — many productions with sign language, audio description, or in easy language.
In 2025, Sommerblut ran for twelve days in Cologne in its established format. Theatre, dance, performances, exhibitions — radical inclusion as its hallmark. The team began preparations for the 25th anniversary in 2026 as early as 2025: retrospectives, anniversary exhibition concepts, and special program elements were developed throughout the year.
