Overview

Already in 2025, the "Style & Fascination" wine festival attracted wine lovers from all over Franconia and Southern Germany to Sommerach. The eight local vintners and restaurateurs presented top Franconian wines, especially Silvaner, combined with local cuisine at the stands around the Kirchplatz fountain. Four days of premium wine atmosphere in the island village of the Main loop.

The 2025 edition continued the line of the Sommerach wine festival: deliberately small, premium-oriented, with a focus on quality over mass festival. Eight Sommerach vintners brought their wines to the stands, and local restaurateurs complemented them with upscale Franconian cuisine.

The atmosphere around the village fountain, framed by historic half-timbered houses, once again confirmed the special charm of this wine festival, which is considered one of the most stylish events in the Franconian summer calendar. The island village on the Main loop, with its car-free old town, provides a backdrop rarely found in Bavaria.
