Overview

The 2025 Allerheiligenkirmes once again gathered around one million visitors in the Soest old town. Five days of Volksfest on 50,000 m² with 300 showmen, the traditional horse market on Thursday, and long opening hours on the weekend — Europe's largest old town fair confirmed its reputation.

The 2025 edition followed the proven five-day schedule: opening on Wednesday, horse market on Thursday, long nights on Friday and Saturday, and a family Sunday to conclude. High-tech rides and classic showman stalls were spread throughout the old town between the market square and Petrikirchhof. The combination of the medieval townscape and Volksfest hustle and bustle remains the defining characteristic.

Programme

Five-day programme with opening on Wednesday, horse market on Thursday, long nights until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and a family Sunday to conclude. 300 showmen, rides, Westphalian gastronomy, and beer tents spread across the entire old town.
