Overview
The 15th edition of the Skatstadt-Marathon Altenburg took place in June 2025 with the classic routes (Marathon, Half-Marathon, 13.3 km, 5.4 km, Walking, School and Children's races). Several hundred runners from all over Central Germany competed on the hilly circuit through Altenburg's city center.
15th Skatstadt-Marathon — Review 2025
The Skatstadt-Marathon 2025 continued the tradition of the running weekend in Altenburg. From the children's race to the full marathon, all distances were represented. Start and finish were on the market square; the routes led through the historic city center and the hilly Altenburger Land.
