The 2025 Simmerath Autumn Market once again transformed the town center into one of the Nordeifel's largest autumn markets in October. Over 260 exhibitors, carousels, food stalls with Eifel specialties, and the Sunday with open shops brought thousands of visitors from the Aachen region, the Eifel, and the German-Belgian border area to Simmerath.
The 2025 edition once again confirmed the Simmerath Autumn Market's status as the region's most important autumn event. With over 260 exhibitors in the town center, the classic market format of sales, funfair, and Sunday openings attracted visitors from across the Nordeifel in October 2025. Eifel potato pancakes, potato soup, mulled wine, and the typical atmosphere of a German autumn market characterized the weekend.
