Edition 2025 — Shtetl Berlin Festival

The 2025 edition of Shtetl Berlin ran in June 2025 with the established format: concerts of Yiddish music and Klezmer, workshops for singing, instruments, and dance, lectures on Jewish history, a Klezmer brunch, and a Shabbat party. Venues were spread across several Berlin districts (Mitte, Neukölln, Tempelhof-Schöneberg). This edition laid the groundwork for the significantly expanded 6-day edition in 2026 featuring the Muzsikás concert.

Shtetl Berlin 2025 confirmed the association's status as the most important hub in Berlin for Yiddish music and Klezmer. The festival week attracted musicians and audiences from across Europe, the USA, and Israel. Concert evenings, workshops, dance evenings, and the Klezmer brunch formed the program.
