Overview
The 13th Shamrock Castle Festival took place in early July 2025 at Jägersburg Castle in Eggolsheim. Two festival days with Celtic Folk and Irish Punk headliners, camping in the castle park, Murphy's Irish Stout on tap, and a beer garden atmosphere – Bavaria's most important Celtic Folk Festival has further solidified its position in Franconian Switzerland.
Shamrock Castle 2025 continued the proven concept: two festival days in early July at Jägersburg Castle, two stages, camping area in the castle park, beer garden, and food truck mile. Headliners and supporting bands came from the European and North American Celtic Punk and Folk scene.
The organizer remained Concertbüro Franken in cooperation with Jägersburg Castle. Festival visitors often combined their stay with weekend trips through Franconian Switzerland – hiking, climbing, and beer hikes.
