Overview
Sennfeld Peace Festival 2025 – Review
In 2025, Sennfeld once again celebrated its traditional Peace Festival around the first Sunday in September. The UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage attracted numerous visitors and former residents back to the village, as it does every year.
2025 Program
As every year, the approximately 30 m high pine tree was erected by hand in front of the parish church on Saturday. On Sunday, a church service, the Planrede, and the Plantanz in Franconian festive attire with waltzes, Rheinländer, Schottische, and Franconian dances followed. On the following days, dancing continued and Ständele were performed; the Nachkirchweih on the subsequent Sunday concluded the festival.
