Overview
The Grand Lake Festival 2025 took place as usual on the first weekend of August on the Kochel lake promenade. The Schmied von Kochel traditional costume association organized the traditional costume lake festival with a brass band, Mannschaftsziagln competition, and Schuhplattler performances. Summer weather ensured a well-attended festival weekend.
Lake Festival 2025
In 2025, the G.T.E.V. Schmied von Kochel once again transformed the lake promenade into a traditional costume festival backdrop on an August weekend. The Mannschaftsziagln on Sunday afternoon attracted numerous spectators, and the Kochel Brass Band provided the musical accompaniment for the festival weekend on Kochelsee.
