Overview
The 2025 Pentecost Schützenfest in Vettweiß-Kettenheim took place as usual: three days of customs, festival tent, and shooting tradition. The focus was on determining the Schützenkönig for 2025/2026, who will represent the brotherhood in the anniversary year. Preparations for the 175th anniversary and the District Schützenfest 2026 were already initiated in 2025 — a second major logistical challenge for the village club.
Programme
In 2025, the Schützenfest followed the classic Pentecost pattern: coronation ball on Saturday, parade on Sunday, bird shooting on Monday. Without the district dimension, but as an important trial run for the 2026 anniversary celebration.
