Schützenfest St. Lambertus Osterbauer Ascheberg

The 2025 edition of the Schützenfest St. Lambertus Osterbauer seamlessly continued the decades-long tradition of Bauerschaft Schützenfeste in the Münsterland. As every year, the bird shooting with the subsequent proclamation of the king was the highlight — new majesties have since ruled the Osterbauer Bauerschaft and represent the brotherhood on numerous occasions.

The Schützenfest is part of the cultural DNA of the Münsterland Bauerschaften: a weekend where generations come together, old friendships are maintained, and new ones are made — simultaneously a class reunion, a local heritage festival, and a sporting club event.
