Edition 2025 — Schützenfest Rinkscheid
The 2025 Schützenfest of the Schieß- und Schützenverein Rinkscheid 1897 e.V. took place as usual in mid-June — with King's Shot, King's Ball, and a ballet performance. The tradition dating back to 1897 continued in 2025 with the characteristic Sunday evening ballet.
Schützenfest Rinkscheid 2025
The 2025 edition of the Rinkscheid Schützenfest followed the proven two-day format. The Schieß- und Schützenverein 1897 e.V. organized the festival weekend with the classic sequence: Muster, King's Shot, King's Ball on Saturday — Parade, Prince's Shot, Ballet on Sunday.
The ballet — the characteristic tradition of the Rinkscheid club, which sets the festival apart from the many similar Schützenfeste in the Sauerland — was once again performed by selected marksmen in 2025. Organizers confirmed at the end of the festival the continuation in 2026 with the same format and times (King's Shot Sat 3:30 PM, Ballet Sun 6:00 PM).
