Overview
The 2025 Schützenfest of the St. Michael Olsberg Brotherhood took place, as is traditional, around Pentecost. The Schützenmesse, a grand procession on Sunday, and the exciting bird shooting on Monday marked the three-day program. The new shooting king led the Brotherhood through the 2025/2026 Schützen year before handing over the insignia at the 2026 festival.
The long-standing tradition continued seamlessly in 2025: three days of Schützenfest at Hasley and in the Olsberg Konzerthalle, complemented by festive processions through the town. With its 156 years, the St. Michael Brotherhood is an integral part of public life in Olsberg and the Hochsauerlandkreis.
