Overview

The kick-off main weekend of the Lemgoer Schützengesellschaft's 450th anniversary year took place from 22 to 24 August 2025. A Regimentszapfenstreich, a 90s open-air party with LOONA and Sydney Youngblood and a youth Schützenfest opened the anniversary year.

In 2025 the anniversary year started with a first main weekend: Regimentszapfenstreich on the market square on Friday, a 90s open-air party with LOONA ("Queen of Latin Pop") and Sydney Youngblood on Saturday, plus a youth Schützenfest for 12 to 16 year-olds on Sunday with air rifle competition, games and a youth disco.

Programme

Friday 22.8.: Regimentszapfenstreich on the market square, concert by Musikfreunde Schwelentrup, DJ set. Saturday 23.8.: 90s open-air party with LOONA and Sydney Youngblood. Sunday 24.8.: youth Schützenfest with air rifle competition, games, youth disco.
