In 2025, the St. Sebastianus Schützenbruderschaft 1706 Grefrath again hosted its traditional Pentecost and Schützenfest on the festival grounds at Lüttenglehner Straße. King's shooting, Pentecost funfair, parade, and festival tent characterized the extended Pentecost weekend.

Pentecost Festival 2025 in Grefrath

During the Pentecost weekend 2025, the Schützen of the St. Sebastianus Brotherhood 1706 Grefrath gathered again for their traditional Schützen and Pentecost festival. Over the extended weekend, king's shooting, muster, parade through the district, and dance events in the festival tent took place — accompanied by the Pentecost funfair with rides and stalls. The brotherhood thus continued its over 300-year-old tradition, which is much more than just a folk festival for Grefrath: it is a lived tradition of homeland and faith.
