Overview
The Wittlaer Schützenfest 2025 proceeded in proven tradition. King David Kierstein and his court began their one-year reign, and the parade through Wittlaer on the festival Sunday was attended by many citizens of northern Düsseldorf. The St. Sebastianus Brotherhood 1431 e.V. drew a satisfied conclusion.
In 2025, the brotherhood once again confirmed its role as Wittlaer's strongest traditional social institution. The combination of old tradition and a pleasant atmosphere makes the festival a particularly noteworthy event in the Rhenish Schützen calendar.
