Overview
The Kalkum 2025 homeland and marksmen's festival took place from June 13 to 15. Program included a festive parade, king's shooting, live music, family activities, and for the first time, a shooting for the wine queen — tradition and progress united in Düsseldorf's north.
The 2025 edition introduced an innovation: a shooting for the wine queen complemented the classic program. The Bruderschaft 1429 once again demonstrated how old traditions and new accents come together — the homeland and marksmen's festival as a vibrant social meeting point in the Kalkum district.
