Overview

The 2025 Schützenfest of the St. Antonius Schützenbruderschaft Düsseldorf-Hassels took place in May, as every year — five days of Schützenfest with Maikirmes, king's shooting, and crowning ball in the Hassels district. The event has been a fixture in the festival calendar of southern Düsseldorf for almost 100 years.

Hassels Schützenfest 2025

The St. Antonius Düsseldorf-Hassels Schützenbruderschaft held its traditional Schützenfest with Maikirmes in 2025 — five days of club life, customs, and neighbourhood festival with amusement rides, parades, and crowning ceremonies. As part of the annual series of Rhineland Schützenfeste, the event has shaped spring in southern Düsseldorf for decades.

The 2025 edition marked the last event before the start of the fraternity's 100th anniversary year, which will kick off with a New Year's Eve party in 2026/2027 and culminate in the anniversary Schützenfest from May 21st–25th, 2027.
