Edition 2025 — Schützenfest Benrath
The Schützenfest Düsseldorf-Benrath 2025 was successful with the Goldene Mösch in June, the main festival in early July, and the King's bird shooting of the Gesellschaft Reserve in September. The St. Cäcilia Brotherhood led its royal court through the festival year and shaped District 9 with classic traditional elements: parade, King's Ball, crowning. Thousands of Benrath and Düsseldorf residents celebrated the district tradition.
In 2025, the St. Cäcilia Schützenbruderschaft Düsseldorf-Benrath maintained its shooting tradition, combining it with the established festival calendar of District 9. Prepared by the Goldene Mösch and Generalappell, the festival year culminated in the five-day main festival on the Benrath festival grounds — with a parade through the district, King's Mass, crowning ball, and bird shooting. The reigning Schützenkönig represented the brotherhood for a year in the south of Düsseldorf.
