The Schützenfest on the 2nd weekend of August was therefore a special edition — with a parade, king proclamation, and festival ball fitting for the anniversary. The club, with its high number of members and anniversary celebration, confirmed its strong position in Drensteinfurt's community life.
The anniversary year 2025 showed the vitality of the Junggesellen-Schützenverein St. Hubertus, which has upheld Drensteinfurt's Schützen tradition since its founding in 1925. The approximately 400 members, the honor guard as the club's "emblem," and the king's gallery with pictures of past king couples underscored the historical depth of the event. Building on the momentum of the anniversary year, the club is now preparing to continue the annual tradition.
