The 2025 Berleburg Schützenfest took place on the first weekend of July on Goetheplatz and Schützenplatz. With a star march, concert, Zapfenstreich, Vogelschießen, and parade, the festival followed its established three-day dramaturgy. Organizer: Schützenverein Berleburg 1838 e.V.
Schützenfest 2025
The 2025 edition once again confirmed the high participation of Berleburg citizens in the traditional Schützenfest. Star march, concert, and Zapfenstreich on Friday, Vogelschießen on Saturday with the coronation of the new king, and parade on Sunday — all classic elements proceeded smoothly. The junior shooters' dress rehearsal with Queen Laurence Doerr laid the groundwork for the 2026 competition.
