Overview
The "Alt und Jung" Ochtrup Schützenfest took place in 2025 traditionally around the Pentecost weekend. Three days of events in the Stadtpark with festival mass, king's shooting, handover of command, and Polonaise through the ramparts — the proven structure of the Münsterland Schützenfest.
As every year, the festival followed its classic three-day choreography with a church opening, battalion roll call, king's ceremony, and marching music through the old town.
