2025 Edition
In 2025, the Berkenthin Marksmen's Guild, together with the Cultural Committee, once again organized the Whitsun Marksmen's Festival. The Marksmen's Assembly, the competition shooting, the crowning of the Volkskönig, and the festival ball followed the proven format that has characterized the event for decades.
Proven Format
The combination of a classic marksmen's festival and a parallel Children's Festival makes the event a cross-generational occasion—young families at the Children's Festival, Guild members at the shooting competition and dance.
Programme
Saturday with shooting and festival ball, Sunday with festival parade and Children's Festival, Monday with winding down — analogous to the 2026 structure.
