Review of the 42nd Season 2025
The 42nd season of the Schlossfestspiele Zwingenberg continued the tradition that has made the castle courtyard on the Neckar a stage every summer since 1984. The festival is one of the most traditional open-air theater events in Southern Germany and changes its main program annually — from operas and operettas to musicals and classic plays. 2026 marks the leap to the high-profile EVITA by Andrew Lloyd Webber.
