The Schlossfest Blankenhain 2025 continued the annual tradition: a new festival theme, live music, regional gastronomy, and arts and crafts in the historic inner and outer courtyards of the castle complex. Reenactment groups and the traditional evening fire highlight characterized the festival.

Blankenhain 2025 — Castle Festival Under a New Theme

In September 2025, the city of Blankenhain hosted the annual Schlossfest under a new theme. Live music in the inner courtyard, market stalls with regional crafts in the outer courtyard, festival-typical food, and reenactment scenes from the castle's history made the weekend one of the most well-attended festival days of the season. The evening fire accent completed the atmosphere.
