At the Schlei Weekend 2025, youth sailors from all over Northern Germany competed in the Pirat, Teeny, Seggerling, Seggerix, and RS Feva classes. Races on the Große Breite off Borgwedel, barbecue evening and tombola at the youth hostel.
In mid-June 2025, the Segel-Verein Wedel-Schulau and the Jugendherberge Borgwedel once again held their traditional youth ranking regatta. As in previous years, the five established classes were present, and the races took place on the Große Breite between Schleswig and Brodersby.
The joint barbecue evening on Saturday with a tombola has been a hallmark of the weekend for decades and gives the regatta the club festival character that remains in the young sailors' memories.
