Edition 2025 — Schilksee District Festival
The 2025 Schilksee District Festival was held again at the Olympic Sailing Centre — with an association mile, stage program, and the traditional flea market at the Flying Dutchman. Families and residents from the north of Kiel met for a day of district life.
In 2025, the Schilksee District Festival once again attracted thousands of visitors to the fjord. On the Schilkseer Meile, association stands, food stalls, and hands-on activities lined up, and the stage program was, as usual, presented by school choirs, dance groups, and local bands. The flea market in the Olympic Sailing Centre drew bargain hunters from all over the city, while guided tours offered insights into the history of the Olympic Centre from the 1972 Summer Games.
