The 303rd Rudolstädter Vogelschießen once again delighted hundreds of thousands of visitors at the Bleichwiese in 2025. With a large selection of rides, a well-attended festival tent, and traditional marksmen's activities, the festival confirmed its status as Thuringia's largest Volksfest.

Vogelschießen 2025 – A Proven Classic

In 2025, the 303rd Vogelschießen gathered around 500,000 visitors at the Bleichwiese as usual. Classic fairground attractions, well-attended festival tents, and traditional marksmen's traditions characterized the ten-day festival week. The program followed the established pattern: opening beer tapping, daily live music in the festival tent, a grand marksmen's parade, and the fireworks display on Saturday evening.

2025 was also the year in which preparations for the festival's inscription into the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage were completed – a long process supported by the city, the local heritage association, and the showmen.
