Overview

The Rottweiler Narrensprung 2025 took place on Shrove Monday, March 3, and Shrove Tuesday, March 4, each at 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. 4,000 jesters in original 'Häs' costumes paraded from the Black Gate through the main street. Over 30,000 visitors came to the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg.

Narrensprung 2025

The Swabian-Alemannic Fasnet 2025 in Rottweil took place on Shrove Monday and Shrove Tuesday (March 3 and 4, 2025) with the traditional four parades each at 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

As every year, the 4,000 jesters in original 'Häs' costumes paraded through the Black Gate – the Federahannes with 'Saublater', the Biß with bells, Schantle, Gschell, Benner-Rössle, and Großvater. The Narrenzunft Rottweil 1392 e.V. had previously inspected all 'Häs' to ensure historical authenticity. Over 30,000 visitors lined the main street. For 2026, the parade was announced for February 16 and 17, 2026.
