Overview
In 2025, Rock meets Classic toured under the motto “Believe In Rock 'n' Roll” and kicked off on April 3, 2025, in Regensburg at das Stadtwerk.Donau-Arena – before the announcement of the 2026 Farewell Tour. In 2025, the format again combined rock legends with a large symphony orchestra for an elaborate live spectacle.
The 2025 edition of Rock meets Classic was themed around the tour motto “Believe In Rock 'n' Roll” and opened on April 3, 2025, in Regensburg. As in previous years, rock legends presented their greatest hits, accompanied by a band and symphony orchestra.
It was only afterwards that promoter Manfred Hertlein announced that the 2026 Farewell Tour would be the final edition of the format. Regensburg thus remained a firm part of the tour in 2025 as well.
