Overview
The 31st Riesa City Festival 2025 once again gathered thousands in Rathausplatz, Mannheimer Platz, and on the Elbe riverbank. Highlight: the spectacular laser and pyro show on Saturday evening at midnight. For the first time since 2019, a Ferris wheel was back on the Elbe riverbank.
The 31st edition presented the city festival in its usual variety: live music and show acts on the main stage, cultural program at Mannheimer Platz, amusement rides area on the Elbe riverbank with a Ferris wheel (back for the first time since 2019, 30 meters high, positioned on the riverbank due to overhead lines in the city center), and street food in Stadtpark. The emotional climax was the second edition of the ten-minute laser and pyro show on Saturday evening.
