The 2025 season of the Rheingau Musik Festival ran from late June to early September with over 150 concerts between Kloster Eberbach, Schloss Johannisberg, Kurpark Wiesbaden, and other venues in the Rheingau. With focuses on classical music, chamber music, and open-air concerts, the festival attracted an international audience.

The 2025 edition, as always, followed the classic summer model from late June to early September. With numerous symphony concerts in the basilica of Kloster Eberbach, chamber music in castle halls, and open-air concerts on the Hessenbühne in Kurpark Wiesbaden, the festival confirmed its reputation as a heavyweight event on the European classical music scene.

Programme

Over 150 concerts ranging from classical to chamber music, jazz, and crossover. Highlights include major orchestral works in the Eberbach Basilica, intimate concerts at Schloss Johannisberg, and open-air performances on the Hessenbühne in Kurpark Wiesbaden. The opening featured the hr-Sinfonieorchester and prominent soloists.
