The Reichsstädter Advent 2025 ran daily from November 26th to December 23rd on Aalen's Spritzenhausplatz. First edition under the new name (formerly 'Aalener Weihnachtsmarkt'), featuring municipal association stalls, a stage program, and Aalen's gastronomy. Free admission.

Reichsstädter Advent 2025

The Aalen Christmas market was rebranded as Reichsstädter Advent starting in 2025 – in memory of Aalen's past as a Free Imperial City. The concept remained the same: municipal stalls on Spritzenhausplatz, a stage program with Aalen school choirs and associations, mulled wine, and Christmas crafts.

From November 26th to December 23rd, 2025, the market was open daily. Despite fewer stalls than in previous years, dedicated exhibitors and a dense stage program created a festive atmosphere. The City of Aalen announced the continuation from November 25th to December 23rd for 2026.
