Overview

The Redwitzer Kirchweih 2025 took place as usual at the end of August / beginning of September in the market town of Redwitz a.d. Rodach. Ten local clubs jointly organized the festival, featuring the traditional Krenessen to start, beer tapping, several festival evenings under the tent, and the concluding Hühnerkerwa on Tuesday afternoon.

In 2025, the ten Redwitz clubs once again organized their traditional Kirchweih in the market town on the Upper Main. At the end of August / beginning of September, the proven program ran as usual: Krenessen, beer tapping, festival evenings with live music, family Sunday, and Hühnerkerwa to round things off.

The event once again confirmed the special status of the Redwitzer Kirchweih on the Upper Main: a rare combination of genuine club-organized traditions, Franconian specialties, and multi-day festival culture in the Lichtenfels district.
