Edition 2025 — Großer Narrensprung Ravensburg
The Ravensburger Fasnet 2025 ran from Gumpiger Donnerstag, February 27, to Fasnetsdienstag, March 4, 2025. The Großer Narrensprung on Rose Monday, March 3, brought tens of thousands of visitors to the old town as every year; 58 guilds from all over Upper Swabia paraded for three hours through the medieval streets around Marienplatz and the Mehlsack. The Schwarze Veri Zunft coordinated the program and ensured the traditional proceedings — from the school liberation to the Fasnet burning at Gespinstmarkt.
2025 — everything as usual
The 2025 Fasnet proceeded along traditional lines — school liberation, town hall storming, six days of jester's rule, Großer Narrensprung on Rose Monday, burning on Tuesday evening. The Schwarze Veri Zunft once again welcomed friendly guilds from the entire Upper Swabian region. Ravensburg thus remained one of the most important centers of the Swabian-Alemannic Fasnet, alongside Rottweil, Villingen, Überlingen, and Stockach.
