Edition 2025 — Ratzeburg Island Advent

The 19th Ratzeburg Island Advent 2025 took place on December 6th and 7th. As in previous years, numerous stations animated the island town from the market square to the cathedral peninsula with Advent stalls, concerts, and exhibitions.

The Cathedral Choir traditionally sang on Saturday evening in the monastery church under the title "Es müssen nicht Männer mit Flügeln sein" (It doesn't have to be men with wings). Families, regular tourists, and Advent visitors from the Lübeck region used the weekend for a relaxed stroll through the island.
