The 61st edition of the Rastenberger Kirschfest in 2025 took place traditionally — marquee events, music, human foosball tournament, and family activities, organized by the Traditionsverein Rastenberg e.V. One of the most traditional Kirchweih/Kirschfeste in the Sömmerda district.
Rastenberg 2025 — 61st Kirschfest
In July 2025, the 61st Rastenberger Kirschfest ran for four days. Marquee with live music, carousels, the traditional human foosball tournament with teams from the region, family program on Sunday — the usual mix of cherry harvest tradition and modern town festival. With the transition to the new venue in 2026, an era ended at the previous festival site.
