The 2025 Rahlstedter Herbstmarkt once again brought together families from all over eastern Hamburg on Heestweg. Four days of carousels, swing boats, and North German showman tradition characterized the district – one of Hamburg's most reliable funfair traditions.

In 2025, the market again followed the proven pattern: daily from 2 PM to 10 PM, classic showman attractions on Heestweg, plus food stalls with North German funfair fare. On weekdays, families with small children dominated the afternoon, while on weekends, teenagers and adults also flocked to the grounds.
The Rahlstedt district in the Wandsbek borough is Hamburg's most populous district. The Herbstmarkt serves as an annual pillar of identity across multiple generations.
