Pressecker Whitsun Festival 2025

At Whitsun 2025, Presseck once again celebrated its traditional marksmen's and citizens' festival. The Privileged Marksmen's Society 1834 Presseck organized the three-day event with the classic program: King's reception on Saturday, marksmen's procession on Whitsunday, citizens' parade on Whit Monday with King's proclamation.

New Titleholders 2025/2026

During the ceremonial proclamation on Whit Monday evening, the new titleholders were announced: Head Queen Birgit Schröder, Youth King Max Pajonk, Market Queen Lisa Goth. In the newly introduced Memorial Trophy competition, Niko Hodert secured the first winner's trophy. The Original Franconian Traditional Costume Band from Stadtsteinach provided musical accompaniment for the processions as every year. The entire Presseck village community – clubs, families, marksmen – came together for the traditional Whitsun festival, which heralded the spring in the Frankenwald.
