The Plauer Musiksommer 2025 ran from late June to September with concerts in St. Mary's Church — performances by Plau ensembles, guest concerts by regional choirs and chamber music ensembles. Free admission, donations requested.
2025 Review
In 2025, the Plauer Musiksommer again took place in its established format: concert evenings in St. Mary's Church between June and September, with a program of classical church music, choir concerts, and chamber music contributions, supplemented by performances from the Shantychor Plauer See-Männer, the Mandolinengruppe, and the church choirs.
The open concept – free admission, collection at the exit – was maintained as in previous years. The series continues in 2026 with its opening on June 24th.
