Overview

The Plauer Burghoffest 2025 took place on Saturday, August 9th, in the castle courtyard. As in previous years, the heritage association's summer festival began with a salute from the Marksmen's Guild, along with performances by the Fanfare Band, Sea Shanty Choir, and dance groups, a children's program, and catering by Plau associations. Free admission.

Review 2025

In 2025, the Heimatverein Plau am See (Local Heritage Association) once again invited guests to the traditional Burghoffest in the castle courtyard at Burgplatz on an August Saturday. The standard program, including a salute, fanfare band, sea shanty choir, and association performances, ran from midday into the early evening, accompanied by catering from Plau associations and free museum entry. The event has established itself over the years as the town's summer meeting place for associations.

The festival will continue on August 8, 2026.
