Overview

The Plankstadter Kerwe 2025 ran from Saturday, October 18th to Wednesday, October 22nd, at the Gänsweid festival grounds in Plankstadt. A classic Kurpfalz Kirchweih with coffee and cake from the Landfrauen on Saturday afternoon, a parade from the town hall, barrel tapping, cover band "The B'flats" on Saturday evening, brunch and DJ program on Sunday, Weißwurst morning pint on Monday, and the burning of the Kerweschlumbel on Tuesday evening.

Kerwe Plankstadt 2025

The 2025 edition followed the traditional program structure of the Kurpfalz Kerwe. Saturday featured Landfrauen coffee, a parade, sale of "Kerwegänse" for social causes, and barrel tapping. Sunday offered a hearty brunch starting at 11 AM and DJ Stefan Röger until 5 PM. Monday featured a Weißwurst morning pint starting at 10 AM with DJ Michael Rösch. Tuesday evening's highlight was the burning of the "Kerweschlumbel" on the Gänsweid festival grounds.

Rides (bumper cars, children's carousel, shooting gallery) and club stalls from Plankstadt associations—music association, sports club, fire department, Landfrauen, PCC Plankstadter Carneval Club—served thousands of visitors from the Rhein-Neckar district.
